I choose to work with executives because they are usually very vectored in on getting results. Having been an executive myself, I realize the demands can be brutal. By the time executives come to me, they are ready to roll up their sleeves and do the work. I prefer working with decision-makers and influencers who have widespread impact. Their decisions and behaviors affect a broad spectrum of their organizations.  If I can inspire them and ignite in them the insight that will bring better decisions and better leadership health, they will lift the quantity and quality of their results.

I love working with executives because they are ready to be challenged and are looking for someone who can stand toe-to-toe with them. My executive clients resonate with my direct style. I realize they do not have time to waste.  At the same time, they need someone with whom they can "let their hair down" and be authentic. They need a safe place where they can bat around ideas - even the crazy ones - without fear of judgement.
